Colleen has a passion for educating others about taking steps toward changing their lives through healthy eating. Her knowledge and drive led her to create At the Table Nutrition (, a business that allows her to combine her excellent teaching capacity with her holistic approach to food.

As well as degrees from the University of British Columbia in Dietetics and San DiegoStateUniversity in Education, she is a graduate of the University of Alberta Hospitals dietetic internship program. Born and raised in Montreal, Colleen now resides with her family in Greater Vancouver.

Colleen has over 20 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, counselling clients through various centres in the Lower Mainland, including the Pitt Meadows Wellness Centre. She is a devoted lifelong learner, continually keeping up to date with innovations and trends in her field.

With her love of the field of food and eating and her passion for cooking, Colleen is always creating new and simple ways for everyone to eat better.
